STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
TERMS: The majority of our equipment for sale is repossessed bank owned equipment. All offers on listed equipment for sale are subject to the approval and acceptance by our client.
All payments must be received within 7 days of acceptance of offer and prior to pickup or shipment of equipment. All sales in CA are subject to applicable federal, state, and local use, sales and excise taxes which the Buyer agrees to pay, and which will be billed as part of the selling price, if the Buyer is required by any taxing authority to pay such a tax.
